Among the chosen enterprises,Forewin Flex Limited Corporation is a national high-tech enterprise and a unicorn cultivation enterprise in Jiangsu Province. In recent years,Forewin has taken technology as its core, integrating product development and application services, gradually achieving a leap from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.
  
  This time, the "Flexible Circuit Board SMT Intelligent Workshop", which was rated as a municipal demonstration intelligent workshop, is based on the integration and development of the company's original IT informatization and industrialization. Through the self built industrial Internet platform, it continues to integrate and upgrade various software and hardware systems, connect and optimize various operating resources, and realize the informatization system and process management, production management, quality management, and warehousing management.
  
  The construction and operation of this intelligent workshop have increased the production efficiency of the workshop to 98.13%, while freeing more than 30% of the labor force. The operating cost per unit output value has been reduced by 41.46%, and the energy consumption per unit output value has been reduced by 44.50%. The efficiency of human-machine collaboration has been maximized, achieving overall cost reduction and efficiency increase.
