Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the public notice of the 2025 Jiangsu Provincial Advanced-Level Smart Factory list, and Forewin Flex Limited Corporation was successfully shortlisted. This is the first batch of advanced-level smart factories recognized in Jiangsu Province.
The smart factory project declared by Forewin is the fine circuit board smart factory based on digital production. Centering on technology-driven development and integrating product research and development with application services, the company actively responds to government policies on intelligent transformation and digital upgrading, and continuously improves its capacity for intelligent and digital construction in intelligent manufacturing upgrading.
Titled Fine Circuit Board Smart Factory Based on Digital Production, the project is built on the integrated development of existing information technology and industrialization. By building a self-developed industrial internet platform, the company integrates information from multiple systems including ERP, MES, SCM and WMS, continuously optimizes and upgrades various software and hardware systems, and connects and optimizes all operational resources. It monitors enterprise operation status through data and realizes data-driven corporate management. In addition, the company applies the Internet of Things to realize the interconnection and intelligent management of various digital devices. It achieves the integration of information systems with process management, production management, quality management and warehouse management, and builds a fine circuit board smart factory based on digital production. Through continuous investment in intelligent equipment and optimization of software systems, the company has gradually realized the transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.
After years of development, the company has obtained a number of honorary qualifications, including Five-Star Cloud Enterprise, Jiangsu Provincial Internet Benchmark Factory, and provincial and municipal-level Smart Workshops.
